Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Easy Stuff Finder account. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your Account and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials and devices secure, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by a security failure within systems under our control.

Accounts are personal unless the applicable plan and Sharing features expressly permit collaboration. Do not share passwords or attempt to bypass account, plan, or permission controls.

3. Your Content and Inventory Data

You retain ownership of the inventory information, photos, notes, labels, values, pet information, preparation information, shopping information, and other content you submit to Easy Stuff Finder. You grant Balor Jobs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide and for having the rights necessary to store or share it. Easy Stuff Finder organizes information you provide but cannot guarantee that item locations, quantities, values, expiration dates, warranty dates, medication dates, or other user-entered information are accurate.

4. Place and Location Labels

Easy Stuff Finder uses user-defined organizational labels such as Place, Location, Storage Area, Section / Position, Container, and Item. A Location means an organizational area such as Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, Garage, or another label chosen by you; it does not mean that Easy Stuff Finder is recording your GPS location or the street address where your belongings are stored.

You control the names and free-text information you enter. If you voluntarily type a physical address or other identifying information into a user-editable field, that information becomes content you chose to provide.

5. Sharing and Collaboration

Inventory Sharing allows separate registered users to access information according to permissions selected by the inventory owner. Depending on the permission granted, another user may be able to view, edit, or delete items or participate in supported workflows.

You are responsible for choosing trusted participants and appropriate permission levels. Actions taken by an authorized collaborator may change shared inventory or process information. Removing access prevents future access through the Service but cannot undo information another person may already have seen or independently recorded while access was authorized.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Easy Stuff Finder to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, harass or abuse others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass security controls, interfere with the Service, scrape or automate access in a manner that harms the Service, impersonate another person, or use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive activity.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable measures to protect users, the Service, and third parties.

7. Plans, Limits, and Feature Availability

Easy Stuff Finder may offer Free, paid, promotional, or special plans. Features, storage, item limits, photo limits, Sharing capacity, preparation features, and other entitlements may vary by plan and may be enforced automatically.

Plan names, included features, and limits may evolve. We may add, modify, replace, or retire features and plan packaging as the Service develops. Where applicable law requires notice for a material change affecting an existing paid subscription, we will provide appropriate notice.

8. Paid Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. The price, billing interval, taxes, and other purchase details shown at checkout or in the billing interface form part of the transaction terms for that subscription.

Unless the purchase flow states otherwise, recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the available billing or account controls. Cancellation stops future renewal; access to paid features may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period unless the Service or applicable law provides otherwise.

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. Canceling a subscription does not by itself guarantee a refund of charges already processed.

9. Founder and Lifetime Plans

If Easy Stuff Finder grants an account a Founder or other lifetime plan, “lifetime” means continued access under that plan for the lifetime of the Easy Stuff Finder Service and the eligible account, subject to these Terms, applicable law, security requirements, and reasonable product evolution.

A lifetime designation does not guarantee that Easy Stuff Finder will exist forever, that every feature or limit will remain unchanged forever, or that the benefit is transferable, resalable, exchangeable for cash, or assignable to another person unless we expressly state otherwise. Abuse, fraud, serious Terms violations, or account deletion may end eligibility.

10. Backups, Important Records, Health, and Emergencies

Easy Stuff Finder should not be your only copy of irreplaceable legal, financial, insurance, medical, emergency, safety-critical, or other important information. Keep appropriate independent copies and backups.

Pet, medication, maintenance, expiration, travel, emergency, shopping, and preparation features are organizational tools. They are not medical, legal, financial, veterinary, emergency-response, safety, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for qualified professionals, emergency services, official instructions, product labels, prescriptions, or safety procedures.

11. Third-Party Services

Easy Stuff Finder relies on third-party providers, including services for hosting, authentication, database and file storage, payment processing, and other operational functions. Your use of certain features may also be subject to those providers’ applicable terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, although we select and configure providers with the goal of operating Easy Stuff Finder reliably and securely.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, security incidents, updates, or technical problems may interrupt access.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service when reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, or operations.

13. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, address fraud or serious misuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or respond to security risks. When practical and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

You may stop using Easy Stuff Finder at any time and may use the account-deletion process available in Settings. Account deletion is permanent and may result in deletion of user content under our control as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Stuff Finder is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that user-entered or third-party information will always be accurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Balor Jobs and Easy Stuff Finder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business, arising from use of or inability to use the Service, reliance on inaccurate user-entered information, authorized Sharing activity, or failures of third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Balor Jobs and Easy Stuff Finder from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Easy Stuff Finder evolves or as legal or operational requirements change. If a material change requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice through the Service, website, email, or another appropriate method. The Last Updated date identifies the current version.
