Understand reminders

Track Items that need maintenance, replacement, preparation or periodic review.

Reminders help you remember when an Item needs to be checked, maintained, replaced, prepared for a season or reviewed.

Complete a reminder

  1. Open the relevant reminder or preparation.
  2. Perform the required task.
  3. Mark the reminder Done when the work is actually complete.
  4. For recurring maintenance, the next cycle uses the real completion date.
