Search guides, open a private support conversation or send product feedback.

Use Help for self-service instructions, Support for a private account-identified conversation, and Feedback for ideas or comments about the product.

Choose the right path

  1. Open Help from the app navigation.
  2. Search the guide titles and summaries first.
  3. Select Contact Support when the guides do not solve the problem.
  4. Send the problem details in the private support conversation; if the team is away, your message remains queued for the next business hours.
  5. Use Send Feedback for suggestions, confusing behavior or improvement ideas.
